   I am super tired today. I am just glad I got to the gym at all.   I was pretty sore today. I got it all done. The machine I use for the super set was being used so I did Incline Dumbbell curls instead of preacher curls.   I had a crazy pump.      I really need to get in the habit of setting a timer for the gym. I spend so much time there. The gym wasn't super taxing this time.    The dead hangs were extremely effective as usual.
