118. Pull Day

  2b, 9s, and pod


  I really need to get in the habit of setting a timer for the gym. I spend so much time there. The gym wasn't super taxing this time. 

  The dead hangs were extremely effective as usual. I did two sets but slipped off the bar with eight seconds left on the last set. I am improving. 

  Eating has been going well. :)

  I skipped a couple days. I like to keep it casual but I am not comfortable skipping that many days in a row. I am thankful, once again, I chose to get back on the horse instead of giving up.
