
I had an easy time getting to the gym. And not a moment too soon. I am leaving town tomorrow so it's nice to have my rest days during the trip and not have to scrounge up a gym or gym equipment.
I skipped Squats because I hit legs yesterday. I need move the hard leg exercises away from each other. I did not consider that when I made my new plan.
