
I was pretty sore today. I got it all done. The machine I use for the super set was being used so I did Incline Dumbbell curls instead of preacher curls.
I had a crazy pump. Things are going well. Having a set time to go and having a friend to meet up with is really nice. It gives me an external reason to get to the gym. It feels good to not have to rely on internal motivate so much.
