125. Push Day

  2b, 9s, and pod


  I felt a lot stronger today. I believe it's because I have been sleeping well and eating a lot. 

  I am going to be participating in a 5k in a couple weeks so I am plotting routes around where I live to practice. I'm hoping it will be fun. Maybe I will get some weights to run with. 

  It's been cool finding other people blogging their workouts on here. A lot of people comment encouragement on my blog so it feels good to be able to return the favor.
