   I took another light day. I had a terrible week for sleeping. I am glad I got a lot of stuff done but the gym suffered.    I am going to go back to one set to failure, one set to 10 or so. I do not like doing a lot of sets. It feel like a waste of time. » Continue Reading

  I was going to skip the gym today. However I got lucky. I got back from a family thing and had time to make it to a friend event. My friend has a personal gym.
