Got leg day in. I edited my exercise plan a bit. I removed some things I didn't ever bother doing and lessened the amount of sets. I have done light arms and legs so far. I forgot to post about either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I won’t be able to do heavy arms today so I’m going to have to do that tomorrow. I liked the step ups because they are harder to cheat on. I may replace lunges with them. I added a section of leg day for core exercises. Put they didn’t feel very effective. I reached my goal. I made it to the convention having gained 5 lbs of muscle. I don’t look wildly different but I’d rather be in shape than not.
