122. Push Day

 I was late to the gym today. I took a nap and overslept. 

  I met my friend again.

  I took extra time today. I did a lot of sitting around on my phone. Too much time between sets. The whole workout took about a hour. I can get it down to 45 minutes if I stop messing around.
