119. Push Day

2b 9s a2 and pod



  Once again I did not feel like pushing myself. I just went in, got most of the workout done and left. I'm, as usual, trying to keep it fun. There are few things worse than self imposed dread. 

  Unfortunately, I left my phone at the gym so I had to walk home, get another phone to get in the gym and retrieve it. I need a more colorful case so I don't leave it places.
