129. Arms and Core

2b, 9s and their pods


  Felt good. I set a one hour timer and got all my exercises done within that time. I really put in effort today. I felt jacked. The pump from the Incline Dumbbell Curl + Reverse Curl Superset was very good. 

  All I need to do now is focus on eating a lot over the next two days.
