124. Pull Day

 2b, 9s and pod in Halloween costumes


 After having an extra rest day I jumped back into it. It was an up and down day. I felt good about some sets and not so good on others. 

  I found some Mud Water sitting around on the counter. There was no tea or hot chocolate to mix my creatine into so I tried that. It was ok. Not great, not bad. Not something I would buy but if it's around I may have it again.

  My shaker bottle warped alarmingly due to the hot water in it. I hadn't seen that before so I was a bit worried but no issues so far and it went back to normal. 

  I have been eating a lot recently. No point in working out if I am at a calorie deficit. I'm already a toned skeleton. I am trying to get to the next level.
