To be honest I have been one blog behind for a week and this is the last one I need to catch up on. It's been about three days since I did this workout and I don't remember anything about it. I can't even remember if I went to the gym or did it at home. Maybe it will come to me as I write notes in the program section but it's super late and I still have today's blog to document as well.

I found a VRChat world where you flap your arms to fly around like a bird. I did this for awhile and got a serious shoulder pump.
