54. Heavy Arms

2B and 9S but 9S is a child I guess?


  Heavy arms went well :)


  To be honest I have been one blog behind for a week and this is the last one I need to catch up on. It's been about three days since I did this workout and I don't remember anything about it. I can't even remember if I went to the gym or did it at home. Maybe it will come to me as I write notes in the program section but it's super late and I still have today's blog to document as well.

Play a Physical VR game with wrist weights To Taste x1

I found a VRChat world where you flap your arms to fly around like a bird. I did this for awhile and got a serious shoulder pump. 


Warm Up Set 1x10-15

Dumbbell Bench Press 4x15

Drop Set 2x10

//I loved the built in warm up set



Bent Over Row 3x10 30

Drop 1x6 20

// 10/10 no notes



Super Set 3x10

(Curls to shoulder press

Hammer Curl to tricep kickback 

Bench Dips)

// I tried out going up to 20lbs for 5 reps per set and then 15lb for the rest. Went well. 



Lateral Raises 1x10


Reverse Flies 1x10

// I hate these but I can't bring myself to get rid of them. 10lb


Curls 2x To Taste

// These are glorious
