I had a weird day. I did not work so I ended up at the gym early.
I had a heavy focus on bench press today. The smith machine is causing issues in muscle activation as usual. I did get a personal record though. I bench pressed 115lbs. It was a smith machine so I am taking that with a grain of salt. I am not sure what the weight of the counter balance on the machine. Or if it effects the weight at all.
115lbs is only 215lbs off my target of 330lbs. If I can bench 200lbs by the end of the year I will be a very happy camper. After that I'll have two years to grind through the last 130lbs
