
I had a great day at work and the positive energy from that affected my workout. I used the smith machine for squats this time around. I am so glad not to be using 25lb dumbbells anymore. I need the extra weight now.
Next time I should probably use the dumbbell rack and see what my actual maintenance weight is. Just in case I go to the gym during prime hours and I can't use one of the two smith machines. I'd hate to have a wasted workout due to not having a second, up to date, option for squats.
