59. Legs and Core

2b and 9s chilling



  Went to the gym early today. I got everything done pretty quickly. I need to add leg raises to my core workout. 

  The squats on the smith machine were weirdly difficult. I'm guessing that I just haven't hit legs very well recently.

Jumping Squats 1x10

Bike or Squats 2x15

// 75lbs on the smith machine



Single Arm Farmer Carry 2x1 Minute 

// 30lbs felt good
