
I got to workout with my friends at my friend's gym.
It was really nice getting to do barbell bench press with safety bars and a spotter so I got to max out. While fatigued, I was able to lift 105lbs for one rep.
I did a lot of extra exercises and activity because I was excited to have a private gym. The workout program did get done, though. I badly need a barbell for bench press. I only own dumbbells but I find them more difficult to get a chest pump with and I need heavier weights.
The butterfly kicks were extra hard this time. I was generally more fatigued due to all the extra stuff I was doing but that ended up being really good for hitting abs.
Shoulder Press was also more difficult for some reason. It was the first exercise I did so I'm not sure why that was.
I am very excited to get to a gym for my next workout because that was the most fun I've had working out in a while.
