60. Heavy Arm Day

2b and 9s in fancy clothes


I went to my friends gym again today. I maxed out my bench press with a barbell and it is confirmed to be 115lbs. I think I could bench a little more than that but I didn't bother with the 2.5lbs plates.

I did a huge amount of bench press so I was exhausted for the rest of the program. I made no progress on the super set.

Dumbbell Bench Press 4x15

(Curls to shoulder press

Hammer Curl to tricep kickback 

Bench Dips)

// One set of 20lb, 15lb for the rest



Lateral Raises 1x10

Reverse Flies 1x10

// 10lbs
