
I loved the new wrist weight VR workout I added.
I played a free VRChat version of Beat Saber, a flying world where you flap your arms to fly and a little Just Dance. It was nice to just do activities I normally do but now I am being productive during that time.
Plus it eased me into the workout instead of having to get off the computer entirely. I got to chat with my friends while easing my way into the right mind space to enjoy the workout, rather than resent it.
