I timed my set this time. I have been having trouble getting myself to workout when I have other things I want to do or have something scheduled. So I would like each day to take thirty minutes.
I gave myself 25 minutes to see how much I could get done. I made it all the way to Lateral Raises.
I finally got out my wrist weights and played a bunch of beat saber in VRChat. I was a great workout and I am not worried about missing lateral raises and reverse flies because I hit those muscles pretty well already.
I did not eat very well last week and hurt my back. So last week was a wash, unfortunately.
I have one friend who is actively into fitness. We are finally getting a third one to come around to hitting the gym. Hopefully that pans out :) because the more of us into it the harder it becomes to slack off. The more people holding you accountable the better.
