At home workout

Did an at home workout today. I haven't done mat exercises in a while, but when I was thinking about doing an at home workout it made me think of the exercises I used to do. I'm in a bear onesie!!!

Right now, it's two degrees out and I'm in my house in my bear onesie. A little bit ago my boyfriend and I walked to the coffee shop a little over a mile away from us. Well I'm glad I worked out today. We went out and got birria tacos, birria grilled cheese, birria fries, and wings. It was a heavy dinner for sure. Gym and bettering my life updates

So going to the gym has been going really well. I've only had one rest day where I didn't go. I'm not worried about going too often because when I go I don't go really hard. It's snowy, but that won't stop me....maybe?

The snow is coming down today. We all knew it was going to happen obviously, they told us. I'm still hoping to get to the gym. It's upper body day! chilly soup bike ride

Today wasn't a gym day, but I did do a bike ride to get soup with a friend. We rode out to our downtown area to meet another friend for soup and then we went to a bar to play pool. Avocados Are Great!!

Lately I've been replacing my cottage cheese on toast with avocado on toast in the mornings. I use one half of the avocado for my toast and then I eat the other half for a snack later that same day. I only put salt and pepper on the avocado. It's been really good!🥑 Adding links » Continue Reading
