Did an at home workout today. I haven't done mat exercises in a while, but when I was thinking about doing an at home workout it made me think of the exercises I used to do. I should probably in the future start doing these more often because they would be good to do. The mat exercises consisted of:
- Plank
- On all fours side kicks
- Donkey kicks
- Single leg glute bridges
- Glute bridges
- Crunches
- Flutter kicks
