So going to the gym has been going really well. I've only had one rest day where I didn't go. I'm not worried about going too often because when I go I don't go really hard. I really want to ease myself into workouts. I just know if I push myself out of my comfort zone too soon, I'm going to get burnt out. Right now it's just about making the gym and all of the other things I'm working on habit.
Some things I've implemented as of late; making my bed every morning, doing laundry AND actually folding it, taking vitamins everyday, doing dishes, gym, walk, and read a few chapters of my book. I got an app called "TickTick", it's a daily check list app. So far I'm liking it, especially because you can customize the days you want to set for items. I think it will help me stay disciplined and focused. I think in general I just do better with more structure and keeping my life more structured will help with this gravel race I intend to ride.
