Just why? I was given lots of mechanical pencils when I was younger, but I just couldn't use them properly. They would break under my pressure (ironically, so do I, lol). I prefer the good old reliable wood pencil. It has just the right amount of sturdiness and fluidity that mechanical pencils don't have.
