I have night terrors plenty of times. they aren't as bad as they used to be. the nightmares are Definitely worse when I'm actually living through it or I'm re-experiencing something similar/triggered an episode. I've had bpd since I was practically a child. it gets progressively worse peaking around 14-18 for me.
