I want to devote my life to helping other kids who have been through bad stuff

Category: Jobs, Work, Careers

Those who are familiar with my profile and certain of my blogs will know that I have been through some very bad stuff. Because of what I’ve been through myself, and because I know how slow and difficult the process of healing is, I want to be able to help other kids who have been through bad stuff (whether it’s the same as my own or whether it’s other bad stuff). For that reason I am thinking of b... » Continue Reading

Beacon of light

Category: Writing and Poetry

In the darkness of this world some radiant souls shine like a beacon of light bringing hope and healing with them. We are honoured to have such a soul among us right here on SpaceHey. I speak of Onnaya. Reading her beautiful poetry helped me regain the ability to see the natural world as the thing of beauty and joy that it is meant to be experienced as in sharp contrast to how I was forced to expe... » Continue Reading

Universal conscientious objection is the only way to stop world war 3

Category: Life

The only way to stop the world descending into a Third World War is if everyone refuses to obey the draft when it comes. The time has come for all men in all nations to stop accepting the lie that they are each other’s enemies just because their respective governments are each other’s enemies. It’s time for all men of all nations to stand together and say to their respective governments,”WE WILL N... » Continue Reading

Any fellow Dr.Who fans here who will talk to me?

Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities

I’m a very keen Dr.Who fan but so far all the other Dr.Who fans I have found here are adults who don’t accept friend requests from minors. I nevertheless sent them requests hoping that they would make an exception for a fellow Dr.Who fan. So far most of them have declined my requests. One is still pending but I will probably be declined by them as well.  » Continue Reading

The sibling who never was

Category: Writing and Poetry

It sometimes feels so sad and lonely,Being the child who is the one and only,Whether a sister or a brother,I wish there was at least one other. When I see my friends and their siblings run,And play together and have fun,I try to tell myself I have no rivalry for my mom’s love and it’s true,But oh how much I have missed out on too. Dear brother or sister how I long to say,,Let’s go outside together... » Continue Reading

When I hurt my knee I was told that medical treatment is a privilege that I hadn’t earned

Category: Life

When I was on the wilderness program I accidentally injured my knee. When I said I need to go to hospital or at least have some first aid. I was refused both of these. I was told (and this is an actual quote of what was said to me) “Medical help is a privilege that has to be earned and you haven’t earned it “. I was forced to continue hiking despite being visibly in pain. Now I still have problems... » Continue Reading

An update on my life since I came to live in the UK

Category: Life

Those who are familiar with my blogs will know that I’m an American boy living in the UK and that I am finding life here great. The purpose of this blog is to update on how life is going. (1)While I am still loving how much later school starts here than in the US there is one thing I am less happy with. The summer holidays here are alot shorter and don’t even start until the middle of July. Having... » Continue Reading

An open invitation for some of you professional child abusers to explain why you do it

Category: Life

Those who have read my profile and my blogs will be familiar with my history as a TTI survivor. Afew times when discussing it (not on here but irl and on other websites) I have had people say to me that they only ever hear one side. I suppose that is a fair point so I am inviting any past or present TTI workers to explain to me,as a child who has suffered at the hands of the TTI,why you believe it... » Continue Reading

I made sure my legalised kidnappers had the inconvenience of a long drive

Category: Life

After I was gooned (meaning lawfully kidnapped) the two legalised kidnappers initially told me nothing about where I was going. However, then they told me that we would be reaching the airport soon and I was going to a wilderness program that my dad had arranged them to take me to. They told me that if I was willing to behave myself it would be a quick flight but if not it would be a long drive. I ... » Continue Reading

An acknowledgment of the role my mom has played in my life and in my healing

Category: Writing and Poetry

This is to acknowledge how much I owe my mom. Thank you mom for carrying me in your womb and giving birth to me. Thank you for all the things that you did that are a normal part of being a mother. But a special thanks for all you did beyond that. Thank you for all the times you put yourself between me and that brute who is your husband and my dad. Thank you for all the beatings you suffered from h... » Continue Reading

The TTI refused to release me when my mom wanted them to

Category: Life

Those who have read my blogs will know about how my dad had me forcibly taken to a TTI wilderness program where I endured twelve weeks of sheer hell. That only required the consent of one parent. My mom was completely opposed to it and she contacted the program to demand my release. They refused to release me and told her that they can only release me if both parents agree. There was nothing my mo... » Continue Reading

For fellow survivors

Category: Life

Those who have read my profile and blogs will be familiar with my story as a TTI survivor. My own healing journey is ongoing but far from over.  This evil and abusive industry has harmed, and continues to harm,so many children. Sending healing to fellow survivors who have been harmed by the TTI and sending hope to those currently trapped in these programs. » Continue Reading
