so like we literally don't know Clarence's origins. even today how he and PegaKitty meet is still being ironed out. Even when it chronologically takes place in the timeline. My mascot PegaKitty wears a cute black and purple toque. I call it the PegaKitty hat. She wears a hat for multiple reasons; 1 being she has trichotillomania (hair pulling madness), 2 its a reference to a Japanese saying "to wear a catty hat" AKA be really shy, and 3, it's a comfort object.
