More about PegaKitty

PegaKitty is a cheerful character. She will stop at nothing to make anyone smile. It's her superpower, after all; it's how she earned her wings. Granted I'm still debating how she actually obtains her wings; are the magical feathers a family heirloom, does she wake up one day with a mysterious back rash after realizing her special gift?

PegaKitty DOES have a family and they're alive and well! I haven't done much lore or worldbuilding with them, but PegaKitty's birth family DOES exist. She doesn't suddenly...appear out of nowhere.

While PegaKitty is a cheerful girl excited to learn new things outside of her comfort zone.... she struggles quite heavily with mental illnesses. To strangers, she doesn't talk about her mental illnesses at all... she tries to hide them as much as she can until she gets home.

To friends, she opens up a little bit, but she struggles with communicating her needs sometimes.

PegaKitty is a character that feels everything deeply, from happiness to mind numbing depression, she's also highly empathetic to those around her.

My question for the day is... is it strange for a cheerful character such as her to have black in her color scheme? Why or why not?
