Been a little bit since my last blog post, I have a few updates. Today I went on a road trip with a few friends to Mt. Elephant, a giant grassy hill out in the country. One of my friends mentioned that he saw it as an underrated place to visit so on a whim we decided to check it out. Well I was keen for the Crunchyroll Anime Expo this weekend, and I rolled up on the Saturday only to be greeted by a giant crowd of people milling around outside. I hear from a volunteer that the convention centre is already at capacity, and the only way anyone else is getting in is if someone leaves the expo. Yesterday I planted my first ever seeds, some basil and spring onion. I'm excited to see them grow, but I'm going to have to learn patience because it's going to take a long time to see results (10-14 days to see any growth at all). Title pretty much says it, I've been getting annoyed by how small the packs of basil are that you buy from the supermarket, so I'm planning on buying a basil plant and some soil tomorrow.
