Sorry been MIA been dealing with health issues. So since I was a child I've had issues with my back nobody believed me about. Went to the army had 3 kids all dealing with my back till one day I went to the doctor. He told me I had a low grade spinal bifida occulata (lowest grade), degenerative disc disease, and spondylolisthesis (also low grade). As a child I was happy and loved life loved all my family. I was innocent and had a lot of bad come to me. When I was around 5 or 6 I was forced to lay on my back with my legs and arms in the air like I was a pig, if I moved at all I got smacked in the head with a table leg.
