OFF GRID LIFESTYLE

So I moved to Nevada last March to start my forreal off-grid experience.  We move out here and slept in our truck the first night with our one dog we had.  We then moved to a tent for a month while my fiance made a temporary structure with a carport to store all of our stuff while our house got built.  We had water that we'd bring in we also had solar panels and a generator.  We cooked with propane and started our process.  We had 2 walls of concrete cinder blocks and a wooden roof area was sturdy as can be the we left for the day and our neighbor tore it down.  We couldnt prove it was him but could tell someone did it. We had a lot of problems because the neighbor was driving through the middle of our yard before we moved in so we stopped it since he had access from his own yard just wanted to tear up ours not his own.  so we decided sand bag house.  Then my man said that was gonna take to long so now were breaking ground with our wooded cabin.  I'm so ready to have a house again.  We cook and will still cook with propane or a fire.  Our house will have a fire place and a propane heating system.  Well bring in water till we get our pond built the were hopeing to pump from there.  All our elecctronics will be powered off solar and wind since these mountains get killer winds.  Well also have our gene as needed.  Once the houses is done well have a greenhouse as well.  I plan on being fully self suffient in 4 more years.  Thats when my fiance plans to retire at the age of 40.
