Sorry been MIA been dealing with health issues.  So since I was a child I've had issues with my back nobody believed me about.  Went to the army had 3 kids all dealing with my back till one day I went to the doctor.  He told me I had a low grade spinal bifida occulata (lowest grade), degenerative disc disease, and spondylolisthesis (also low grade).  So pretty much in English I have narrowing of my disc space for one vertebra and it's slipped in front of the disc below it.  So at 29 and trying injections physical therapy and other stuff I had spinal fusion surgery.  Now almost 6 years later I'm still in bad pain and can't move good.  Waiting for my doc apt. Which he's prob gonna say there's nothing he can do.  He could do another surgery but he'd go from the front and back this time and the still might not help and prob cause more pain.  So between that and other issues I've been out of it.
