Just an FIY for anyone making potato puffs... DO NOT USE FLOUR. DO NOT BLEND THE POTATOS. i learned the hard way... The actual recipie is you wash and peel a potato (not one bit of brown of it!!!) and then cut them into vertical slices. Cut each of those sclices into 4 kinda even squares.
