Busy work complete

I finished the dodge charger, and sold it. Didn't intend to sell it but the offer was nice enough. Turns out the engine wiring harness had a bad solder connection which powered 4 sensors. Took me a long time to figure that one out. » Continue Reading

This is my 2nd semester but considering half the classes transferred from my previous degree I'm about 3/4 done with this degree. busy work nears completion

Okay, so I have swapped the blown 2.7 L for a 3.5 L put in a good used transmission. Modified the wiring harness to match the new engine. Had a new ignition key fob programmed. Swapped out the drivers side fender and headlight assembly replaced both marker lights the 3rd brake light, the truck wing. Put new struts on the truck lid and hood. back to the project dodge charger, after finally getting the engine and transmission in I am now in the middle of replacing the timing set, water pump, egr, head light assemblies, drivers side fender, and a tune up. Hopefully this PITA will be running next week. » Continue Reading

I decided to pick up a 2008 dodge charger with a locked up 2.7 litre V6 engine. After some thought i decided to try swapping a 3.5 litre V6 into it. So far progress is steady. Set the engine in and i am now in the process of installing everything else. Time elapsed 6 days. » Continue Reading
