Discord.io, a third party vanity URL service, had a data breach. The site isn't owned or operated by Discord. If you ever used that service, deauthorize Discord.io in the "Authorized Apps" section of your Discord settings. In order to reverse this, follow the same steps, except you set the value to 1.
