Wake up Work up around 9am and stretched. Washed my face and brushed my teeth as well as took my medicine. Errands Went to the grocery store to grab breakfast + necessities. Woke Up Around 9am I stretched and fixed my bed before pulling my hair up into a bun and putting my headband on. Waking Up 1. Started the day off by scrolling on the news/checking emails with a dim lamp on. 2. Stretched and put headband on. Went to wash my face and brush my teeth.
