New here and I need some help with html/css

Hey, could someone help me with html and css on here (especially css, I can't get it to work no matter how much I try). The website is pretty weird when it comes to the code, I read that you have to write all the code in the 'About Me' section which I find a little confusing and uncomfortable as a beginner.
