I wonder, is Stocking from PSG actually /supposed/ to be scene rather than goth?

I know, we can probably draw the conclusion that Stocking is a lolita goth. It's what I thought too for the longest time. But, I talk to some people in Japan, and they got confused with me saying this. Lolita goth in Japan looks a little different from the overseas version. Anyone know a good method for putting videos into stamps?

I tried multiple ways to do it, but I ended up having to crop the looping video and re-adding the stamp frame to an entire image sequence tediously and them tying it back together into a gif...
