I've been cryin' for 3 days over this. Nobody is gonna read this but to put it simple, just imagine working on something everyday for this summer for the past 3 hours over and over and over again grinding, practicing the fundamentals, boxes, lines, perspective, drawabox, whatever. And then getting someone to say your goals aren't achievable, or you're getting too ahead of yourself and you shouldn'... » Continue Reading
The film is gross I don't understand why people like this fken film. I get it it's supposed to loosely portray the director's life but I feel like they could've "filmed some scenes" a bit better. This is like Netflix's "Cuties" level of uncomfortableness yet everyone praises this film. I don't get it. » Continue Reading
FINAL THOUGHTS: The biggest problem of NMH3 is the plot. Like I referenced before, you can have a silly and crazy plot and still have it make sense. In NMH1 for example, you find out that the final boss is Travis' long-lost sister/ex lover, and she was the one who murdered Travis' parents. Travis kills her and then when you get the true ending of the game you find out that the Irish guy that's bee... » Continue Reading
Ok now let's talk about the actual plot again. After killing Mr. Blackhole and Gold Joe, you watch a cutscene of the next galactic ranking, Black Night Direction. And, to be honest, I was pretty excited about this boss fight, his boss design looks pretty interesting and he isn't just geometric shapes like Mr. Blackhole and Gold Joe. » Continue Reading
Anyway here's the problem on my part, in the original games, you paid the UAA fee to get into the ranking battle the next day. You then enter a cutscene, then go to a series of areas relating to that level and then you get to the bosses' room. Like for example in NMH1, the 8th ranking battle (Shinobu Jacobs) has you go around killing grown assassins in a school and then finally meeting Shinobu, wh... » Continue Reading
There's an alien named Jeff Baptiste the VI, or FU. In the intro, a young Damon Ricotello (Damon was in Travis Strikes again in a side plot, apparently he beat Dr. Juvenile until she was unconscious once over something really small, and Travis beat him for it) finds a young FU and helps him fix his spaceship, FU promises to come back after 20 years and they'll meet again in the future. » Continue Reading
(A blog rant) Most likely nobody is gonna read this, but as you can tell, I'm a huge fan of Suda51. I am a sucker for weird and obscure games and Suda51 is like the godfather of that. I love his "Kill the Past" series, titles such as "Killer7 (2005)," "Flower, Sun and Rain (2001)," and of course "The Silver Case (1999)" also other things he's worke » Continue Reading
