There's no retweets/reposts. All the bulletins in your feed are only from the people you are friends with. So if hypothetically you don't like someone, a block and unfriend will keep them out of your bulletin feed, and if they are friends with someone else you're friends with, even if THAT FRIEND interacts with them, you won't see that activity.
