CHVRCHES was probably the last mainstream band of that era of indie electropop. That type of music is very nostalgic to me. MGMT, Crystal Castles, even early Calvin Harris fits in that category. I'm sorry but it does. I really like the first one and while I wasn't expecting the sequel to be just as good, I wasn't expect it to be this bad.
