Bayonetta is wickedly fun.

Category: Games

Well, well. My first blog post in a while. And for once, it's not political. Anyway, I just finished playing the first #Bayonetta game for #NintendoSwitch, and I gotta say, it was wickedly fun. It was made back in 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and has been ported to other systems, but it still holds up after all these years. The combat is a lot of fun, although I did have some trouble with the qui... » Continue Reading

The GOP is more or less DOA.

Category: News and Politics

Well, it's been a couple months since I posted anything on here. I decided to get back to it. Anyway, the GOP is killing itself slowly. And America will be better off for it. While I'm not a fan of the Democrats for obvious reasons, the Republicans are much worse since it's clear they pretty hate individual freedom. This goes against what the majority of Americans, including a lot of Republicans, ... » Continue Reading

California is a victim of its own success.

Category: News and Politics

Let's be honest. California, where I spent all my life until just two years ago, is a hot mess right now. A lot of people blame the left-wing policies for ruining the Golden State. While there is truth to that, the are other reasons for California's problems. The main reason being, in my opinion, is that they never expected to have as many people as they do now. California's transportation, water ... » Continue Reading

Turning the Big 4-0.

Category: Life

Well, it's happening. In four days, I finally turn the dreaded 40. I knew it was coming for a year now, but now it's finally upon me. I've been told not to make a big deal about it or treat it like it's the end of the world, but I just feel like I've wasted a lot of chances to do something with my life. And now that I'm 40, I feel like it's too late to change my fate, especially since I'm always g... » Continue Reading

Modern social media sucks.

Category: Web, HTML, Tech

Hey, friends. It's been awhile, but I'm back on here with a new blog entry. And this one is about my thoughts on social media. I'll be honest, I'm beginning to think it's a curse on humanity in more ways than one. Ironically, I'm posting on a site that could be considered "social media", but SpaceHey is not like the social media giants of 2023(Facebook, Twitter, Discord, TikTok and the like) since... » Continue Reading

Reagan would not be a Republican today.

Category: News and Politics

I've been thinking about this article for awhile, and one thing I can say with confidence is that Ronald Reagan would probably not be a part of the Republican Party today. While the GOP's current right wing slant can be contributed to Reagan and I'm definitely not defending a lot of the things he did, many of which have caused a lot of our country's current problems, 21st Century Republicans like ... » Continue Reading

So-called "Moms for Liberty" actually hate liberty.

Category: News and Politics

If you don't live in the United States, you probably don't know of the right-wing group "Moms For Liberty". And you should be grateful you don't know of them. But for those who don't know, they're a right wing group that came around during the COVID pandemic(which I'm sure a lot of them think is a hoax) in opposition to the COVID related safety restrictions in Florida public schools and later spre... » Continue Reading

"Christians" today would probably crucify Jesus.

Category: Religion and Philosophy

I was going to post this around Christmas time, but I've been putting it off until now. I've been thinking about un-Christ like most so-called "Christians" in the United States are nowadays and if Jesus came back to Earth today, he'd probably be crucified by the same people who claim to follow his teachings, not by the Romans like he was in 33AD. For example, Jesus constantly said to feed the poor... » Continue Reading

The American Republic survived....for now.

Category: News and Politics

Well, I know I'm a couple weeks late, but the American Republic survived on November 8. Because people did what they had to do and got their asses out to vote. Although the Republicans still took back control of the House, it was not a blowout and the Democrats still have control of the Senate and depending on how the runoff in Georgia goes, get an extra seat, weakening Joe Manchin and Krysten Sin... » Continue Reading

Tomorrow may be the end of the American Republic.

Category: News and Politics

Last week was Halloween, but tomorrow is something even scarier: the Midterm Elections. For those who don't live in the United States, the midterm elections happen in the middle of the President's term in years divisible by 2. Tomorrow, Americans will go to the polls and re-elect the entire House of Representatives, 1/3 of the US Senate, several State Governors, Legislators, mayors, secretaries of... » Continue Reading

Welcome to the 1970s Redux.

Category: News and Politics

I apologize for not writing a blog post in over a month. Been doing other stuff. But anyway, now for my rant. One of the most common sayings is that "History repeats itself". When you look at how things are nowadays, many of the same issues we're facing now were relevant way back in the 1970s, such as crime, inflation, homelessness, abortion, women's rights, racism, LGBTQ issues, censorship, war a... » Continue Reading

Old white men shouldn't be in the Government.

Category: News and Politics

Well, we all knew this was gonna happen. Just three months after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade, the GOP has decided they're not going to leave it up to the states. South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham has decided that if the Republicans take back the Senate in November, he'll try to introduce a federal 15-week abortion ban. I guess state's rights only matter to these people when it's th... » Continue Reading
