I have made it clear that I no longer consider myself an American. But unfortunately, until I am able to move out this evil, evil country, I am just as complicit as those that support the atrocities committed by Donald Trump. And Trump is only a symptom of the problem. The United States' entire history is stained with blood ever since Christopher Columbus arrived in 1492, maybe sooner. The world has made it clear they no longer support us in any way, shape or form. All Americans, regardless of who they voted for are the enemy of the world, now and forever. Boycotting American goods, services and travel to the USA is not enough. The civilized nations of the world must sever all ties with this country and do the following:
1)Place a full trade embargo on the United States. That includes all forms of pop culture such as movies, television, music, books, sports and video games.
2)Close all American businesses and seize their assets.
3)Ban ALL Americans from entering their country for any reason, including asylum.
4)Deport ALL Americans living in those countries. Not supporting Trump does not make you innocent.
The United States is an illegitimate, imperialist and irredeemable nation and the world will be a safer place when it is gone. The sooner the better.

I'm so sorry but you sound like a right-wing Maga nut. I understand your anger. Anyone who isn't one of Trump's Loyalists should be angry(even they're getting upset). However, your words feel out of touch. You're asking for everyone to shun the United States and deport any Americans overseas back to the States. I... truly do hope that this is a case of you not understanding how you sound. No offense, but you sound like you just found out about how bad the United States is. This is the stuff that a plethora of POC, queer, and disabled people have been warning about and advocating against.
I suggest you find a community and work with them to try to make a difference in this bleakness. Even if it's just in your corner of the States, that's something. I also suggest that you calm down the extremeness.
I hope you have a good day/night.
I've known about how bad the USA is for a long, but not I accept that it is irredeemable. And like I said, there is no such thing as redemption. Once a mistake is made, you cannot unmake it. Ward Churchill was right about this country, though. We are all little Eichmanns.

In any case, I believe the best option is to divide the USA up into smaller nations a la the Soviet Union in 1991.

Also, I'm on the autism spectrum, so I know it's only a matter of time before they come after me. Which is why I own a gun in case it does happen. And why I want to move back to California if they secede from the Union.

No offense, but this sounds like some communist gobbledygook.
exactly what I'm saying (kinda)
by NozomiKaizoku; ; Report
Not communist. Communism has killed millions of people as well. But America has been at war for nearly it's entire existence, so it has no right to complain about human rights violations and terrorism when they do it all the time and has done so since before it existed.
by GeekyAmericanOtaku; ; Report
Almost every single time we've gone to war was because we were directly attacked or had to step in to protect the freedom of the world. If we didn't step in during WW2, Germany would've won.

There was no reason to go into Iraq or Vietnam. The US has no right to police the world and we need to accept it. In fact, when the Cold War ended, we should have dismantled our entire global military empire and focused on our own problems at home. But neoconservatives like Paul Wolfowitz had a different idea and that was to make sure that the US had no global rivals.

> "trump is only a symptom of the problem!"
> calls for deportation & banning asylum for a group of people based on their nationality
yeah ok dude, keep contributing to the problem
seems you're aware how dangerous trump's ideology is, but rather than doing anything concrete to combat it within your own country, you'd rather come online and pretend you're doing anything to "dismantle the american state" by screeching about mandatory deportation. cool, great to see that american resistance to facism, to you, includes discrimination based on nationality & strengthening borders to reject asylum seekers
super normal posting, take your ragebait back to twitter
"civillized nations" "subhuman savages"
"b-b-but i'm one of the Good americans!!!!1! i don't think like the rest of those evil scum!!!"

The USA is beyond redemption. There really is no such thing anyway. Once you make a mistake, you can't unmake it. I believe the only option now is to dissolve the country entirely. Break it up like the Soviet Union. The world will be a better place once the USA is no more. Ward Churchill was right.

From your profile, you live the UK, a country I would have loved to visit. But being an American, I'm not welcome there. Or anywhere for that matter. The USA is the enemy of the world now and forever. But once California secedes from the union and move back there, I hope the UK will welcome people from some of new countries that form from the USA's collapse.

you're right that amerikka is an illegitimate mation built on genocide,

If the USA no longer exists, then we can't be hated anymore. Best for Americans to go their separate ways and start fresh.
by GeekyAmericanOtaku; ; Report
your points all contradict each other. how can anyone get a fresh start if we're all banned from traveling?
by benny // whalefall; ; Report
Unfortunately, we can't. Nobody wants anything to do with us anymore. They'll just deport us, as they should. We deserve to be treated the same way we've treated the world. An eye for any eye.
by GeekyAmericanOtaku; ; Report
you’re ridiculous. some of your points are solid, the rest? i have no idea how you arrive at half the conclusions you arrive at

All Americans are guilty for Trump and what's he doing. Just like all Germans were responsible for H-tler. The USA needs to be broken up and cease to be one country.

i was wondering about how you said "until I am able to move out this evil, evil country" but then later on you said but later on you instructed other countries to "deport ALL Americans living in those countries." it just seemed to me a bit like you think you've not counted yourself into this. i disagree with you on the idea that everyone is guilty just for living here or being born here when people cannot simply chose where they are born. i wanted to know where you planned on moving if you believe that you, as an american, should be sent back?
Exactly
by NozomiKaizoku; ; Report
Depends on where you live. The whole world hates us and wishes us all dead. Ward Churchill was right about this country. And yes, I do hate myself because I was born with autism and I'm a worthless little Eichmann.

As someone who's dealt with that same self hatred, that's not really helpful advise sadly, but you do have a point.
