Clarinet problems

So my clarinet broke right before band class and i wasn't able to play anything above a high a or below a low g. I panicked, and tried for about 5 minutes to fix it, missing warm ups entirely. After warm ups, i asked my band teacher to help me, who was not easily able to fix it as he's sick. I am running in my first XC meet of the season!!! I got into the top 7 at place #4! I'm so excited 4 the season because I love running so much, and I'm so excited to start the season.
