If you're wondering why the download link on Xubuntu's website doesn't work it's because the admins had to disable it. You see someone broke into the website and put malware on it. We all know this is a conspiracy to force people to buy new computers with Windows 11. My friend had this computer that met all requirements including TPM 2.0 accept CPU.
