More reason the Florida anti-porn law is a bad idea and not necessary

As you may know I have already posted on my WordPress why I think the Florida anti-porn law is so bad. I have just discovered that there is already a system to label and block porn on the web. Web masters can easily add the RTA (Restricted to Adults) Label to there web pages. Parents and teachers can then easily put a blocker on their computers to block web pages with this label. Why not just mandate that all porn webpages have this RTA label?
