I had football practice today, and i was soooo loud and busy. Like i was laughing, screaming, dancing, jumping. I was so happy lol. Im always happy when im @ training. I love my teammates. So i will organise a ‘teamout’ with them. I love organising things. My manager asked me if i wanted to arrange a team outing. I loveeeee to do!!! Teammates always ask if i have ADHD. the gym has been renovated and i went after half a year, finally!! i felt completely myself. 1 problem. it is now a mixed gym. anyways i stood on the stairmaster for 15 minutes! like after half a year? on level 7. after half a year huh? in my gym era it was also around 15-20 minutes. i will go again tomorrow or the day after. » Continue Reading
