GYM

the gym has been renovated and i went after half a year, finally!! i felt completely myself. 1 problem. it is now a mixed gym. anyways i stood on the stairmaster for 15 minutes! like after half a year? on level 7. 

after half a year huh? in my gym era it was also around 15-20 minutes. i will go again tomorrow or the day after.
