my problems with school food: a rant

these are my personal gripes against the school lunch system. first of all the PRICES, if you were to just get seconds they would charge you $4, and the average school lunch cost at my school is $3 so that would mean you would have to pay $21 per week. and that price does NOT help the quality of the food like why am I paying $3 for some cold green beans and dry chick tenders.
