It’s about Sleep

I’ve never had a good sleep schedule. In school, I’d only get 6 hours a night. And now as an adult some nights, I only get on average 5/6 hours of sleep most of the times less. I work 10-12 hours day at work and when I get home is the time for my brain to relax and to do the things I love. Concerning Livestreams

So I watch a lot of Minecraft and video game play throughs. I honestly love both but suck at games/don’t have access to them. But livestreams make me feel very awkward and stressful?
