Average day in the life of a depressed shut in

First, I'd like to say my sleep schedule is, not very good as you'll see. I wake up at around 10:00 p.m. at night. Then I'll get some yummy dinner food and coffee (coffee doesn't get me energized but Monster Energy does?)
