my work-out routine

i figured i'd share this just in case it helps anyone who needs to get a start working out, i'm not like a super crazy gym-bro bodybuilder lol, i just do it to be somewhat healthy. aaaaaaaanyways i started out my working out with: about 2 mile bike ride 1 minute plank 50 curls with 5 lb weights i did that once a day for a while, and once the 5 lb weights got too easy i upgraded to 10lb weights. i ... » Continue Reading
